Our FIBC lifting webbing is the core load-bearing matching part for all kinds of bulk containers, also named bulk bag lifting strap and container loop. The standard FIBC lifting webbing is woven from continuous high tenacity polyester strap on professional weaving looms, forming tight and uniform fabric texture without loose threads or thin weak sections.
This high tenacity polyester strap delivers stable tensile strength under long-term heavy load tension. As classic wear-resistant bulk bag strap, the compact woven surface greatly reduces abrasion from forklift arms, crane hooks and hard cargo edges during frequent filling and unloading cycles.
This anti-UV lifting tape adds special anti-aging additives inside polyester filament. The anti-UV component effectively slows fiber aging and strength loss under long-term outdoor exposure, suitable for outdoor storage and long sea export shipping. The oxidation resistant container loop will not chemically react with acidic, alkaline mineral, chemical and grain materials inside bulk bags, keeping original toughness without brittle cracking.
Each roll of FIBC lifting webbing undergoes strict breaking load test before delivery. The high tenacity polyester strap can safely support 1–2.5 ton full load FIBC without deformation or breakage, fully meeting industrial bulk packaging lifting safety standards. All sewing joints of the wear-resistant bulk bag strap adopt double thick stitching to avoid thread slippage under sudden heavy pulling force.
